Lisa’s hope is for every child to have a care-free childhood, free from abuse and inappropriate stress. With a social work background and 15 years experience as an early childhood educator, she has seen the results of children who have had enriching early experiences and those who have not. She now lives in Ohio with her husband, Jim and loves being outdoors, visiting National Parks and riding her bike. 

Morgan Martens

Creative Director

Morgan Martens is a former High School Science Teacher with a passion for innovative education. As a part of the It All Matters team, she loves researching and creating engaging new ways for parents and children to connect. She lives in Minnesota with her wonderful husband Daniel and their dog, GInny.  The three of them enjoy hiking, camping, reading, and biking together.

April Beck

Board Member

April Beck is passionate about ensuring that every child reaches his/her fullest potential.  April’s desire is to educate others about the importance of early interaction and how that impacts children’s futures. She spends her days as a fourth-grade teacher.  April is married to Reggie Beck and together they enjoy raising their children Jaret, Leah, and Jamison.

Sara Brown

Board Member

Sara Brown is an enthusiastic, spiritual, and positive young woman who has a devotion to teaching today’s youth and being a mother.  She is currently pursuing her teaching passion as a Kindergarten teacher and spends the rest of her time with the people she loves. 

Jennifer Richardson

Board Member

Jennifer is passionate about It All Matters because her career has given her a unique perspective on the problems that modern families face. Jennifer received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law and is licensed in the states of Ohio and Minnesota where she currently practices family law and estate planning law. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, reading, and renovating her house with her husband, Kris.

Debbie Galbraith

Debbie is Managing Director & Founding Principal of Waverly Partners and lives in Lawrence, Kansas.  Debbie is excited and honored to share her broad business background across finance, project management and nonprofit Board engagement as a member of the It All Matters Team.
